CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. FUNCTION.
The Auctioneers act as agents only.
2. DESCRIPTIONS.
All goods are sold as seen.
The Auctioneers will not be responsible for the correctness of the
description or authenticity of any article, any comments are made as
an expression of opinion only and lots are sold subject to any
faults and errors in description.
3. REGISTRATION.
You must register to bid at the auction.
Anyone wishing to make a bid at the auction sale will need to obtain
an authorised bidding number from the auction or prior to the
commencement of the auction.
4. BIDDING.
By bidding number only.
The highest bidder, at the fall of the hammer, shall be the
purchaser. The advance in the biddings to be regulated by the
auctioneer, who reserves the right; To sell subject to reserve
price, to refuse any bid, to bid on behalf of the vendor and to
withdraw lots or vary the order of the sale.
5. COMMISSION
BIDS. Bids by absentee bidders.
The Auctioneer will be pleased to execute bids free of charge for
anyone unable to attend the sale, on receipt of written
instructions. Please ask a member of staff.
6. ELECTRICAL
ITEMS. Appliances only sold with a valid safety test
certificate.
No electrical appliance is accepted for sale without a valid safety
test certificate, all other appliances are sold as spares or repair.
7. PAYMENT.
No lots to be removed without prior payment.
All lots shall be at the sole risk and charge of the purchaser from
the fall of the hammer, no purchaser shall be entitled to remove any
lot until he or she has paid for the lots purchased. A buyers fee of
10% (+VAT if applicable) is charged on all items.
8. HEALTH and
SAFETY.
The Auctioneers, or their staff shall not be held responsible for
any injury or loss which may be suffered by any person since every
person on the sale premises before, during and after the sale, shall
be deemed to be there at his or her own risk.
9.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SALE CONDITIONS.
The buyer is deemed to have accepted these conditions of sale and
notices by the making of any bid.

Internet Customers
10. COMMISSION
BIDS.
Commission bids are accepted by email. Email bids must include; Full
name and postal address, email address, Lot number and commission
bid price. Commission bids must be received 48 hours before the
auction sale takes place. Acknowledgements of commission bids on
request.
11. Payment and
Delivery.
If your bid is successful we will email you with the good news,
usually within 24 hours of the end of the auction, to arrange for
payment and delivery to you. Any carriage charges are to be paid by
the buyer and will be included in the final invoice. No goods are
shipped before final payment is received and cleared.
